Planning principle
Capability levels are defined by service scope, target population and depth of follow-up. Each configuration distinguishes equipment dedicated to the center from hospital platforms that can be shared.
XENTRA MEDICAL · HEALTH MANAGEMENT
The three levels reflect different service scopes, target populations and depths of follow-up. Each defines the medical functions, dedicated equipment and hospital resources to be shared.

From health-information capture and assessment through results review, specialist referral, reassessment and continuing health management.
Collect questionnaires, medical and family history to establish the baseline for the current assessment.
Record height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, temperature, blood pressure and oxygen saturation.
Provide routine clinical examination, resting ECG, spirometry, and abdominal and superficial-organ ultrasound.
Draw on laboratory, imaging, retinal, bone-health, women’s-health and population-appropriate screening according to the capability level.
Compile the examination report, grade abnormal findings and provide clinical review and explanation.
Route significant findings to the appropriate specialty and arrange recall, follow-up and lifestyle support.
Connect longitudinal records, remote consultation, review plans and cross-specialty referral into a continuing care pathway.
Capability levels are defined by service scope, target population and depth of follow-up. Each configuration distinguishes equipment dedicated to the center from hospital platforms that can be shared.
Switch between the three capability levels to review suitable institutions, supported medical functions, major equipment and what should be dedicated to the center or shared with the hospital.
Equipment functions and configuration guidance follow the source brief for the health management center.
Manages appointments, registration, examination flow, result consolidation, report generation and basic follow-up records.
Deploy within the center, with interfaces reserved for the hospital HIS, LIS and PACS.
Supports identity registration, data verification, wayfinding and zone-based queueing to reduce on-site waits.
Select according to expected average daily attendance.
Automatically measures height and weight and calculates BMI, with optional waist-circumference recording.
Provide as a dedicated resource within the center.
Standardizes blood-pressure and pulse measurement for initial hypertension risk screening.
Provide within the center and position units along the pathway before and after blood collection.
Provides essential measurement of temperature, pulse rate and oxygen saturation.
Provide as dedicated equipment within the center.
Records resting ECG signals to identify possible common rhythm, conduction and ischemic changes.
Provide as dedicated equipment within the center.
Measures lung volumes and ventilatory parameters to identify possible obstructive or restrictive abnormalities.
Provide within the center, with standardized calibration and infection-control procedures.
Supports common abdominal, urologic, thyroid and other ultrasound examinations.
Prefer a dedicated system; at low workload, it may be shared with the ultrasound service.
Provides initial screening of uncorrected and corrected visual acuity.
Provide as dedicated equipment within the center.
Rapidly screens for abnormal intraocular pressure and provides information for glaucoma risk assessment.
Prefer a dedicated unit; the service may alternatively rely on ophthalmology resources.
Provides pure-tone hearing screening to identify possible hearing loss.
Select according to the target population.
Supports routine gynecologic examination and sample collection for women.
Provide dedicated equipment when women’s health screening is offered.
Supports venous blood collection, temporary sample storage, barcode management and internal transport.
Provide within the center; testing may be performed by the hospital laboratory.
Supports complete blood counts, urinalysis, routine chemistry and other essential tests.
Prefer use of the hospital laboratory; where none exists, establish an independent service sized to sample volume.
Provides essential X-ray examinations of the chest and selected bones.
Prefer sharing with the hospital imaging department; a dedicated system requires radiation protection and the applicable authorization.
Provides oxygen, suction, an emergency cart, an automated external defibrillator and essential monitoring equipment.
Provide within the center and establish an emergency-response pathway.
The three levels progress with service depth; each later level normally retains the core functions of the preceding level.
Whether major imaging, laboratory, endoscopy and specialist equipment should be dedicated or shared depends on the hospital’s existing resources, daily examination volume and operating model.
