Who we are

About Xentra Medical

Xentra Medical works with hospitals, specialist institutions and healthcare investment projects building or strengthening clinical departments and health management services.

From China, we coordinate medical manufacturers, hospital departments, clinical experts and project resources around the institution’s patient needs, current conditions and priorities.

That coordination can support department planning, equipment and BOQ decisions, team preparation, clinical collaboration and the next stage of operations.

Founder and CEO

Leadership shaped by practical healthcare projects.

Kloe Gao leads Xentra Medical’s platform strategy, medical-resource integration, hospital partnerships and international healthcare cooperation.

Kloe Gao has more than 15 years of experience across medical technology, health services, clinical training support and healthcare project management. Her work has consistently connected hospitals, medical experts, equipment resources and institutional partners around practical project goals.

At Xentra Medical, she brings China’s medical industry, hospital, supply-chain and training resources into cooperation models designed around the real needs and development stages of international healthcare institutions.

Our story

From healthcare development in China to medical collaboration with Africa.

Xentra Medical’s core team has worked in healthcare for many years, contributing to the planning, upgrading and development of hospitals and medical institutions, including projects in regions with relatively limited medical resources. Across that work, equipment decisions repeatedly intersected with technology, people, workflows and department planning.

A conversation at an international medical trade show extended our perspective from China to Africa. There, our CEO Kloe Gao met a healthcare professional from Africa. We subsequently had the opportunity to support the development and upgrading of the hospital where this partner worked.

The work involved more than selecting suitable equipment. Planning input, technical resources and specialist connections from China were coordinated around the hospital’s own development priorities, producing an equipment configuration and development plan suited to its situation.

That experience shaped Xentra Medical’s current direction: connecting China’s medical industry, hospitals and professional resources with healthcare projects in Africa. Our work now spans department planning, equipment configuration, workforce development, clinical collaboration and long-term support.

China resource collaboration

Why China can be useful to the project.

China offers breadth across manufacturing, hospital practice and specialist expertise. We identify the combination relevant to the project and coordinate access.

1

Medical industry

A broad supplier base supports comparison across equipment, consumables and digital systems in the context of clinical use.

2

Hospitals and departments

Department visits can show how comparable services organize flow, roles, equipment and daily practice.

3

Clinical expertise

Experts and training institutions can support focused observership, mentoring and case-based exchange.

4

Cross-border coordination

One project interface connects questions, documents and next actions across institutions, suppliers and languages.

  3. Clinical professionals taking part in practical ophthalmology training.
    3
