Xentra Medical’s core team has worked in healthcare for many years, contributing to the planning, upgrading and development of hospitals and medical institutions, including projects in regions with relatively limited medical resources. Across that work, equipment decisions repeatedly intersected with technology, people, workflows and department planning.
A conversation at an international medical trade show extended our perspective from China to Africa. There, our CEO Kloe Gao met a healthcare professional from Africa. We subsequently had the opportunity to support the development and upgrading of the hospital where this partner worked.
The work involved more than selecting suitable equipment. Planning input, technical resources and specialist connections from China were coordinated around the hospital’s own development priorities, producing an equipment configuration and development plan suited to its situation.
That experience shaped Xentra Medical’s current direction: connecting China’s medical industry, hospitals and professional resources with healthcare projects in Africa. Our work now spans department planning, equipment configuration, workforce development, clinical collaboration and long-term support.
