Prof. Lu Min is one of Xentra Medical's core medical cooperation experts. She has long worked in ophthalmic clinical care, teaching, and research, and is a senior specialist in cataract care. Public information shows that Prof. Lu specializes in phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation, phaco surgical teaching, and diagnosis and treatment of multiple eye diseases. She has also long participated in grassroots ophthalmologist training, blindness prevention and treatment, and regional ophthalmology specialty development.

Prof. Lu has performed more than 60,000 ophthalmic surgeries. Since 2003, she has continuously provided phacoemulsification surgical teaching for ophthalmologists from across China, including doctoral and master's level physicians and department leaders. She has systematic experience in cataract clinical care, standardized phaco training, grassroots doctor development, and hospital ophthalmology capacity building.

Prof. An Xiaoju is one of Xentra Medical's core medical cooperation experts. He has long worked in ophthalmic clinical care, teaching, research, and public-benefit blindness-prevention work. He currently serves as Business Vice President, Chief Physician, and Associate Professor at Chongqing Huaxia Eye Hospital, and holds professional roles including member of the Ophthalmology Branch of Chongqing Medical Association, member of the Cataract Committee of Chongqing Ophthalmological Society, member of the Cataract Group of Chongqing Medical Doctor Association Ophthalmology Branch, and Deputy Chair of the Cataract Group of Huaxia Eye Hospital Group.

Prof. An has 26 years of ophthalmic clinical, teaching, and research experience, and has completed more than 40,000 ophthalmic surgeries. He has long participated in cataract care, comprehensive ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment, ocular trauma care, and public health eye-care work. He has repeatedly taken part in social public-benefit activities and foundation-supported charitable cataract surgery programs, completing thousands of charitable cataract surgeries, while also supporting ophthalmology education, academic exchange, and grassroots eye-health services.
